HHMV Mission Statement
Committed to educate and empower and engage people to know God and turn faith into words and action to
help hurting humanity
We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers.
1John 3:16
There are many ways we approach succeeding in our mission, but the one thing we focus on most is to encourage individuals that they can make a difference right now in the world around them.
To educate, we teach on world social issues and what you can do in your world immediately around you at all of our conferences, workshops, and meetings.
To empower and engage, we give opportunities for individuals to get involved in projects that they can actually succeed in, and we challenge them to invest their hearts into those they are loving on and assisting.

We believe that God is triune: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; the Three are coexistent, coeternal, and equal in divine perfection.
(2 Corinthians 13:14)
3. The Fall of Man
We believe that man, created in the image of God, by voluntary disobedience fell from perfection, and passes this fallen nature on to each generation that follows through the seed of the man.
(Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:12)
4. The Plan of Redemption
We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, took our place, and with His life’s blood purchased the pardon for all who believe in Him.
(John 3:16-17; Titus 2:14)
5. Salvation Through Grace
We believe that salvation is wholly through grace; that no human righteousness or merit can contribute to our receiving God’s love and favor.
(Ephesians 2:8)
6. Repentance and Acceptance
We believe that, upon sincere repentance and a whole-hearted acceptance of Christ, we are justified before God through Jesus’ sacrificial death.
(Romans 10:6-10; 1John 1:9; Ephesians 2:8)
7. The New Birth
We believe that the change that takes place in people at conversion is a very real one; that having received righteousness in Christ and having received of His Spirit, people will have new desires, interests, and pursuits in life.
(2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20)
8. Daily Christian Life
We believe that it is the will of God that those who have been born again grow in sanctification, become partakers of His holiness, and daily grow stronger in the faith, power, prayer, love, and service.
(2 Corinthians 7:1)
9. Generous Giving
We believe that God expects us to give to the poor and downtrodden, to give to spread the Gospel, and to represent Jesus Christ to believers and non-believers through our sacrificial giving.
(2 Corinthians 9:13-15; Luke 6:38; Matthew 25:31-46; Mark 10:17-31)
10. Water Baptism
We believe that being baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is an essential response to Jesus’ command of testifying to His lordship as Christ and King.
(Romans 6:4)
11. Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers believers to exalt Jesus, to live lives of holiness, and to be witnesses of God’s saving grace; we expect the Spirit’s incoming to be after the same manner as that in which He came upon believers in the days of the Early Church.
(Acts 1:5,8; 2:4)
12. Baptism of Suffering
We believe that Jesus set an example of laying his life down for others and choosing to suffer on behalf of someone else, so we as followers should sacrificially give of ourselves for the sake of others. Whether that be time, money, or even lose of social reputation, we believe that others should be our focus.
(Mark 10:35-45, Philippians 2:1-11, 1Peter 3:8)
13. Communion (Lord's Supper)
We believe in observing Communion, receiving the broken bread and the fruit of the vine, with joy and faith as we partake of the life and triumph of Christ’s Cross.
(1 Corinthians 11:23-34)
14. The Spirit-Filled Life
We believe that it is the will of God that all believers walk in the Spirit moment by moment, serving the Lord and living lives of patience, love, truth, sincerity, and prayer.
(Ephesians 4:30-32; Galatians 5:16, 25)
15. The Fivefold Ministry Gifts of the Spirit

(Ephesians 4:11-16)
16. Spiritual Gifts
We believe that the Holy Spirit bestows gifts upon believers, and that these gifts will build up the Body of Christ, individually and collectively.
(1 Corinthians 12:1-11)
17. The Fruit (outward evidence) of the Spirit
We believe that believers should show evidence of a Spirit-filled life, spiritual “fruit”: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
(Galatians 5:22-25)
18. Moderation
We believe a Christians’ moderation should be obvious to others and that relationship with Jesus should never lead people into extremes of fanaticism; their lives should model that of Christ in uprightness, balance, humility, and selfless sacrificial love.
(Colossians 3:12-13; Philippians 4:5)
19. Divine Healing
We believe that divine healing is the power of Jesus Christ to heal the sick in answer to the prayer of faith; He, who does not change, is still willing and able to heal the body, as well as the soul and spirit in answer to faith.
(Mark 16:17-18; James 5:14-16)
20. Submission to and knowing Christ's Authority and Authorization
We believe in the responsibility of believers to listen and be led by the Holy Spirit, in matters of faith, prayer and petition. We acknowledge Jesus Christ as the authority to release, through the Holy Spirit, gifts, miracles and authority (anointing) upon believers. We acknowledge that unauthorized use of gifts, miracles and authority has consequences even upon believers.
(Matthew 7:21-23)
21. The Second Coming of Christ
We believe that the second coming of Christ is personal and imminent; the certainty of His coming and the fact that no man knows the hour of His coming prompts our daily pursuit and expectation of His return; that the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven, the dead in Christ shall rise, and the redeemed will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
(Matthew 24:36, 42, 44; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
22. Church Relationship
We believe that it is our sacred duty to identify ourselves with other believers with whom we can worship God, observe the ordinances of Christ, exhort and support one another, work together for the salvation of others to advance the Lord’s Kingdom.
(Acts 16:5; Hebrews 10:24).
23. Civil Government
We believe that civil government is by divine appointment and that civil laws should be upheld at all times except in things opposed to the standard of God and the law of love.
(Acts 4:18-20; Romans 13:1-5; 1Peter 2:13-17)
24. Judgment
We believe that all shall stand before the judgment seat of Christ: the redeemed, whose names are found in the book of life, will be judged and rewarded according to what they had done in this life and delivered unto everlasting life, and the unrepentant unto everlasting punishment of hades and the Lake of fire.
(Revelation 20:11-15; 2 Corinthians 5:6-10, 1Peter 1:17, Revelation 1:18)
25. Heaven
We believe that heaven is the spiritual and glorious habitation of the living God, the eternal home in Christ of the born-again believers, and that we are to be praying and joining God in bringing Heaven to Earth.
(John 14:2; Revelation 7:15-17)
26. Hell
We believe that hell, the latin word for Hades and Gehenna, is a place of darkness, deepest sorrow, and unquenchable fire, which was not prepared for man but for the devil and his angels; yet it will become the place of eternal separation from God for all who have rejected Christ as Savior.
(Matthew 13:40-42; Revelation 20:10-15)
27. Evangelism & Discipleship
We believe that the message of Jesus Christ's Salvation and the establishment of true believers be in all the earth and to all people, that the Church on earth is the vehicle by which it will travel, and that every hindrance to worldwide evangelism should be overcome.
(James 5:19-20; Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:18-20)
Getting God's heart and speaking it out with our voices and actions.
